Great convenient position Very clean and spacious

It was clean, modern & convenient for local amenities, shops & restaurants. Also, the property is about 10 minutes walk from the bus station & about 20 minutes walk from the train station.

− Our only criticism would be, there isn’t a a comfortable area to relax in apart from the bedrooms.

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. Yacqueline was absolutely amazing. She picked us up at the train station and took us back when we were leaving. Thank you so much for this - we appreciate you. The property was modern, exceptionally clean, we had everything that we needed. There were condiments, dishwasher liquid, washing liquid and fabric conditioner. The two bedrooms were spacious both with en-suite bathrooms and the showers drained well. It took us 5 minutes to walk into the of Modena and it wa such a beautiful city to visit. Thank you again

The location was very convenient. It is 5 to 15 minute to get to any sites, many restaurants around, shopping all within 10 minute walk. Bakery/cafe just 2 minute away. The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious. The host had the essentials to meet your day 1 needs. Water , coffee, tea, juice. Salt, pepper , olive oil. We only had breakfast in the unit . All other meals were outside.

− Communication was a bit of a challenge but Claudio abd Jacqueline used Spanish and I used google translation. They did try their best to make us feel comfortable.

Perfect location and comfortable stay

Our host was there to meet us when we arrived in our taxi. A wonderful arrival process. We travelled together as two couples and really enjoyed that each bedroom had their own ensuite. The bedrooms were clean, well presented and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of coffee pods and even fresh juices in the fridge. Pantry basics like olive oil, salt & pepper were provided.

− The showers didn't drain well at all. Unfortunately, it meant you couldn't shower longer than a couple of minutes at a time. I didn't realize there wasn't a lounge room (just a kitchen and dining table), but it was ok for us as we spent a lot of our time outside of the apartment.

Perfect modern apartment close to town and transport.

The apartment was modern, and the bathrooms were spotless. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The property was easy to find and is situated in a quiet street and was close to transport and was in easy walking distance into the town. Yacqueline was the perfect hostess and very accommodating.
