Aseo deficiente del depto y trato hostil del propietario

− No me alojé en el departamento, porque tenía mal olor, el aseo estaba mal hecho, baño con pelos, y una cama tenía arena, pelos y las sábanas parecían viejas y usadas. Le comenté al dueño, y se molestó, me dijo que era un chantaje, que llamaría a conserjería para que me desalojaran, lo encontré insólito! Se supone que me debería haber dado una solución de buena manera, pero no fue así, su trato poco cordial hizo que nos retiráramos de inmediato. Yo le había abonado la mitad, se supone que el saldo se lo cancelaría al llegar, pero no me quería dar la clave para entrar hasta que le pagara la diferencia, muy desconfiado, yo con mis niñas, bolsos, frío, le pedí poder entrar primero, y ahí ya se mostró muy desagradable. . Al rato que me fui, me realizó la devolución del abono, pero me descontó $12.000 por el aseo de un depto que no ocupé y sólo estuve 5 minutos!! Osea, yo tuve que pagar para que el departamento quedara impecable para otro pasajero. Pésima experiencia! No recomiendo para nada este lugar!

− El personal me cobro estacionamiento a pesar de que decia estacionamiento incluido. Ademas no me dio comprobante por ese pago lo que no me permitio rendirlo

− Me senti engañada, yo arrende para 6 y habia lugar par 5, si, habia un sofá cama en el linving , que si lo abrias te queda así sin lugar para compartir, más preocupación en la limpieza, los vasos todos desiguales falta preocupación, las personas de la conserjeria muy amables y la seguridad buena

El departamento contaba con todo lo descrito en la descripción. La ubicación es excelente, está en pleno centro, conmmucha conectividad, supermercados, una vista muy bonita de la laguna y no tuve ningún problema en recepción o estacionamiento. Contaba con muchos detalles que hicieron mas confortable la estacia, como una cocina totalmente equipada, un baño muy equipado, con secador de pelo, jabón, toallas. Contaba con estufa, calientacamas en la pieza matrimonial, un televisor con TV Satelital. Recomiendo 100% este lugar,
