10.0Freundlichkeit und Verständnis
The worst stay ever because of shared bathroom.
1.0There was no breakfast because it is a studio with kitchenet.
− The key point is that I would never have chosen this property if I knew that there's a shared bathroom. I never stayed in any such property in the past. I needed frequent use of the bathroom during the last few days of my trip and running far was extremely inconvenient, besides, toilet paper was not in the bathroom which is extremely unusual. I couldn't even shower because there were no clean towels to use after the shower. And there was no elevator either. All those major deficiencies made my stay very uncomfortable despite the friendly host... Finally, since I needed to depart early there were no public transportation to the airport and the host ordered a taxi for me. Taxi driver was very unfriendly, didn't speak one sound in English. His device coudn't read my card and I had to use a cash machine to pay him. He was angry from the beginning, it was my worst experience with taxi driver ever and the last experience of my trip...

9.0The place is spotless and clean. I have to emphasize that the host was exceptionally friendly, warm and willing to go out of his way to provide travel information even late at night. Everything was super well organized. They even provided filtered water and chocolate! Location is comparatively close to the airport (even transportation may require access to car/taxi after hours when busses have limited schedules).
− A couple of mostly minor things. The bed was comfortable but is kind of small/narrow for a tall person. Also the room (coastal) decor is very conventional, 'out of the IKEA shopping box' and a bit out of place for an inland place like Hessen :-) But I admit this is an issue of taste, and should not detract from the amazing grace of the hosts and the nice services the place offers.
