Fantastic beach property
9.0The location is the best thing about this property. A stones throw to the beach (direct access). Absolutely stunning view, we enjoyed the balcony a lot!! We had a cake and bubbles left for arrival which was a very lovely touch. The upstairs space was perfect for socialising.
− The shower in the en suite is rubbish! Only a dribble of water ever came out. All smelt a bit damp but to be expected by the sea really.

Incredible house, perfect location
10.0The house was incredible for our family of 9 which had everything to offer and more, blankets for the colder evening, crabbing equipment for the kids and kyaks and life vests.! Fantastic location for the beach, lovely walk to town for shops, bars and themepark. Lidl supermarket 10 minutes away. We did multiple days out including Southsea, Portsmouth and Bognor Regis which were all less then a 40 min drive and crabbing at The Ship Inn was great. The house was well equiped, we've bbq'd and cooked a sunday roast! and the arrival prosecco and lemon cake was a nice touch! Perfect hosts with great communication making it a relaxing holiday.

10.0The house is a lovely layout and has been tastefully decorated, the view is amazing. The personal touch of a homemade cake was very sweet and delicious
