7.0El apartamento estaba bien de tamaño y buena situación.
− Estaba un poco sucio y algunas cosas estropeadas. Pero la agencia rápido puso solución.
Gandia Platja este un loc de vis, apartamentul este insa, deplorabil.
4.0Privelistea de la balcon inspre mare. De asemenea, David de la Servi Plaja a foat foarte amabil si ne-a ajutat mult. Ne-a mai placut si piscina foarte curata a rezidentei si terenul de tenis. De asemnea, este in partea de nord a statiunii, unde este mai linistit si pe plaja sunt oameni mai putini decat inspre port. Blocul este aproape pe plaja, lucru care ne-a facut sejurul usor si frumos.
− Apartamentul are mobila veche, de asemenea aparatele de aer conditionat si aspiratorul, masa de calcat, etc. Unul nu functioneaza, da aer cald. Usa de la balcon este defecta, terasa nu este acoperita, are decat o umbrela, pe care nu o poti deschide pentru ca bate vantul uneori foarte tare si iti este frica sa nu o arunce in capul oamenilor pe strada. Camuflajele de la geamuri sunt rupte. Nu sunt plase de tantari. Masa din living are 4 tipuri de scaune vechi. Cand am ajuns am aflat ca trebuia sa ridicam cheile din urmatoarea localitate, noi fiind fara masina si cu copil mic, dar pana la urma s-a rezolvat prin amabilitatea unui angajat al agentiei si a portarului blocului.
