9.0Great view, big room, perfect location, i would advice, if possible, use all small metro stations which are around hotel instead going to main shinjuku station - it is huge and it can take very long walk to get out or to the train

Please be informed that this hotel does not offer early check in or late check-out.
Due to maintenance work of our hotel facilities, some construction noise may occur during the following period.
Period: January 5th, 2026 – March 31st, 2026 / 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday
To commemorate our 30th Anniversary in 2028, we will be undertaking a transformative renovation of our guest rooms and hotel facilities.
Kindly note that we will be implementing a temporary, phased suspension of operations to facilitate our renovation project from October, 2026
