Nice apartment but spoilt by damage deposit problems. Still ongoing.

− Very difficult to find a sun lounger around the pool, as most were occupied from early morning. The main complaint is that we were asked to pay 256 euros damage deposit into a bank account (agent refused to allow a credit card to be used). The agent asked for our bank details in order to return the damage deposit after our stay. This we did. This was on the1st December 2025 and after numerous telephone calls and visits to our bank we are still waiting for the return of the deposit 6 weeks later.

Considering that there are few reviews about these apartments, I will describe everything that will be useful to someone. The apartments are not bad, but very simple. Plastic chairs everywhere, which slightly spoils the overall atmosphere. In the kitchen, there are enough dishes, glasses, utensils, pans, pots. Just keep in mind that there will be no basic things in the kitchen (salt, sugar, oil, paper towels, trash bags), you will have to buy all of them. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated. At first, we had a water leak, but everything was fixed very quickly. I would recommend replacing the towels, because they have stains that do not come out. I bought washing powder, but it did not work. There are no beach towels. One big minus is no air conditioning. At the end of November, fans are enough, but if the weather was hotter, it would be crazy, because the sun shines all afternoon. A large, beautiful balcony with a view of the ocean. A very good location, everything is nearby: shops, beaches, restaurants and bars. The apartments occasionally smell of sewage, but it seems to come more from the balcony. There is free parking near the apartments. Overall, the apartments are good, but with some improvement and renovation it would be even better. For the price, I think they should be a little cheaper. However, there are things that are not perfect, for example, the terrace furniture could definitely be much more comfortable.

− I would recommend removing the sun loungers on the balcony because they are unusable. Dirty.

Great location and a spacious apartment with large balcony with partial sea view.

Clean and Spacious apt with large sea view balcony. Washing machine provided which was great . Extra towels and bedding if needed were available . Good wee pool bar with tasty snack menu , also provided entertainment several times per week.

− Could be doing with having a bottle opener, corkscrew and can opener. There were clothes pegs, however nowhere to hang washing apart from 3 small strips on a pull out airer which would hold around 3 smaller items . People placing towels in pool area until sunbeds were released , and domineering what was “their spot” each morning .
