6.0Mooie ligging in het centrum. Mooie ruime woonkamer
− Het was er erg warm, geen sloten.op de deuren van. De douche. Bedden waren sommigen kapot en je lag in een kuil. Een paar bedden waren wel goed

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment. It seems the cleaning staff needs to do a deep cleaning
3.0Location. Bedding and towels were clean.
− Air conditioning wasn’t working so it was not comfortable for sleeping as was very hot and humid. Because it was so hot we opened the windows for some fresh air. The exterior blinds on the windows were filthy dirty. The floors needed mopping, especially in the large shower room. The glassware had residue in the bottom, probably from dishwasher soap. There were stains on the walls in the kitchen area.

− Kommunikation mit Vermieter stark verbesserungswürdig: Beschreibung zum Ablauf der Schlüsselübergabe erst auf Anfrage am Tag der Anreise; laut Booking sollte man drei Tage vor Anreise alle Informationen erhalten. Ein Bett beschädigt, so dass man stark durchgelegen hat. Vermieter hat auf spätere Anfragen (WLan) nicht mehr reagiert. WLAN als solches instabil und sehr langsam. Jalousien teilweise defekt und ließen sich nur nur mühsam schließen.
