Sijainti on hyvä ja taloyhtiö rauhallinen.

− Suihkusta tuli eka päivänä kuumaa vettä eikä säädöt toimineet ollenkaan. Seuraavana päivänä tuli vain viileää/kylmää vettä. Sohvan alta paljastui kauheat pöly- ja likakasat, ammeen reunat likaiset. Asunnossa oli vain pieni tuuletin, joten siellä oli kuuma nukkua. Asunnon yleissiisteys oli ihan ok, muutamaa juttua lukuunottamatta.
