− Taking suitcases up to the fourth floor! The video showing how to gain entry was not very informative. The staff I spoke to on the phone were not very friendly or helpful. The bathtub was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Found several cleanliness issues around the apartment.

2.0I liked the location, the parking and there is a 24/7 shop 2 min from the apartment.
− The first thing which will welcome you will be the smell, it was a mix of sweat and maybe some kind of food. The smell was there for my whole stay even when I left the windows open the whole day there was no difference. The apartment was really dirty, especially the bathroom. There was so much dirt in the bathroom, I took a dry toilet paper piece and could scrub it away with it so you can imagine. There was mold and hair from the previous stays. The toilet seat was not fully fixed and there were also no curtains at all, so the sun will wake you up as it shines directly onto the bed. The mattress was actually the worst part it was full of stains and some kind of seeds (first I thought they're bedbugs).

− It was poor cleaning. The bathroom and toilet need a proper cleaning. It is a shame, because the studio has good potential, but needs a proper desinfection. Especially the bathroom. Not suitable for kids with dust allergies and dust mites..

− Some little details that do not require a high investment: shower pressure, can be fixed with a different shower head, cleanliness can be improved, especially in the kitchen and the bathroom. Entrance door lever needs to be fixed.
