It was a nice house with good selection of needed items and clean

− Unfortunately the WiFi was very bad and we only managed to get one tv working out of 4 which did affect our stay

Location

− The advert describing the property bared little resemblance to what we received . Advert states newly refurbished , beautifully styled and includes a garden with outdoor furniture providing a relaxing environment . What we got was a dirty property , no external lighting slippy decking a step made from a railway sleeper and no external lighting , both myself and my colleague slipped hurting ourselves on this . No mattress protectors , no pillow protectors , no bath mats and 1 loo roll between 2 for a 2 night stay. Owner advised that she will mention the comments about the cleaning to the cleaner , she also advised that a previous client must have moved the railway sleeper ??, been trying to get somebody to sort the garden unsuccessfully . Owner stopped responding and is also now not responding to Bookings.com
