− Room cleanliness and restaurant. Food quality was good but hygiene in the kitchen and restaurant was very bad.

9.0We stayed for a night last weekend. The room I had booked was slightly away from the reception. We are senior citizens so the hotel upgraded without charging us :) There were a few poor reviews about cleanliness so I had especially requested for clean bed linen. The management obliged and everything in our room was brand new - just out of the factory package. It didn't smell so nice :( We wanted to leave early but breakfast time is from 08:30. On our request breakfast was served at 07:30 :)
− Rats or some other rodents gnawing on wood on the roof. It was extremely noisy all thru the night.
