It was nicely decorated and well equipped.
− The house was very dusty, a lot of the plates were dirty. No hand soap or shampoo was offered. The management company’s rules were very strict and communication did not make us feel welcome. They tried to charge a £250 holding deposit, did not allow an 1hr late check out free of charge and would not release the door code without us sending them proof of ID plus confirmation that no parties would be held at the house, even though I explained it was just my husband and I.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the host's communication was prompt, clear, and very helpful. The property was spotlessly clean, very comfortable a relaxing trip.
− It would be incredibly helpful to have a kitchen towel placed in the kitchen for drying hands and dishes.
