− No parking
The overwhelming damp smell spoiled it for us. Wouldn’t return .
5.0The view from the upstairs is nice and bed comfortable.
− Damp smell as soon as you opened the door and black damp marks on curtains. Bathroom needs a renovation. Grout between tiles was black! Arrived with a bag full of shopping and fridge hadn’t even been switched on for us! Garden v overgrown.

− Difficulty finding it. Asked lady in shop who said we were the third people to ask. Had to park and walk to locate it. Awkward driving past on a busy road. Taking a shower without saturating the bathroom floor was tricky with no seal and a large gap between the shower screen and bath.
Perfect little coach house, ideal for a relaxing break.
10.0Such a wonderful little place, set in a gorgeous and peaceful garden. The house was comfortable and, although small, cleverly designed to make good use of the space. We were fortunate to have good weather and enjoyed sitting out morning and evening and making use of the gas barbecue. Yoxford is very pretty and an ideal village to stay in as it's a little inland, midway between Southwold and Aldeburgh and everywhere is easy to get to. The Black Dog Deli a few doors down is great, and we also appreciated the Londis in the village, open until 8pm. We loved the area - beautiful countryside, villages, towns, nature reserves and coastline; really not too crowded, even during a sunny week in August. We hope to be back!
− We would have loved a washing machine, particularly as we stayed for a week and spent a lot of time on the beach.
