One Floor Up Apartment, not a villa
8.0The apartment was spotlessly clean with a good supply of towels, crockery and cutlery. One double bed, one single bed. A large kitchen/sitting area. Good sized bathroom. Wifi worked well. It was genuinely 500 yards from Playa de Arinaga which is a lovely area and close to amenities such as supermarkets and local bars
− It is one of 6 apartments in a block of 6, not a villa as described. Not suitable for those with mobility issues as one floor up, and set of stairs to seating area with TV. The terrace has very high walls and is best suited to smokers. Arinaga is mostly frequented by native Canarians, so you really need a car to travel to any tourist sites and a knowledge of Spanish is defintely helpful.

10.0Apartament bardzo przestronny, czysty. Wszystkie udogodnienia zgodne z opisem, pralka dostępna i działająca, suszarka do włosów również. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - blisko sklepów i oceanu. Kontakt w właścicielem bez problemu.

8.0Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden und großzügig angelegt! Die schönen Bodenfliesen gibt der Wohnung ein besonderes Flair. Sie ist auch gut ausgestattet. Der Ort ist ein wunderschöner Ort am Meer !ohne Hotels!!! Sehr angenehm! Mit großartiger Infrastruktur incl. sehr freundlichen Service! In 5 Minuten zur Promenade, wo man im "La Barca" gut und günstig zu jeder Tageszeit essen kann, auch andere Lokale sind einladend. Parkplätze gibt es immer ganz nah am Parkplatz rundum die Kirche. Da alles in der Wohnung funktionierte und gut ausgestattet ist, hatte ich nur zu Beginn und am Ende netten Kontakt über WhatsApp mit Francisco.
− Leider lässt die Wohnung keine Sonnenstrahlen herein, zu warmen/heißen Zeiten sicher ein Vorteil, im Jänner (diesmal war es kühler als sonst) war es ein Nachteil, daher waren wir viel unterwegs 😉 Das warme Duschwasser reicht meist für zwei. Das ist meine einzige Kritik.
