9.0Apartamento prácticamente nuevo, con mucha amplitud, muy cómodo y preciosa decoración. Cocina muy bien equipada, con lavadora. Terraza con asientos y tendedero.
− El ascensor del edificio es extremadamente lento. Quizá demasiada humedad en el baño y ligero mal olor de cañerías (que se soluciona cerrando la puerta del baño). Hay muchas obras de construcción en los alrededores que no permiten dormir hasta muy tarde, algo que personalmente nos vino genial.

− Aunque no es problema del propio alojamiento, las obras del edificio que hay justo delante a día de hoy hacen que desde las 07am se escuche bastante ruido.
