10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour exceptionnel à la Résidence Garden Loft ! L’appartement de M. Zouheir est élégant, spacieux et parfaitement entretenu. Situé en bord de mer, il offre une vue magnifique et un cadre idéal pour se détendre. Le logement est entièrement équipé avec 3 climatiseurs (un dans chaque chambre), Netflix, télévision pour suivre la Coupe du Monde, une connexion fibre très rapide et un garage sécurisé. La résidence dispose de 4 superbes piscines, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Tout était parfait, du confort à la propreté. Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Misleading listing and serious concerns
1.0− The property does not match the description. The advertised children’s play area does not exist, and key amenities such as a microwave and baby cot were not provided. One bedroom has no air conditioning, with exposed electrical cables instead. More generally, exposed wiring is present in several rooms, which raises clear safety concerns. In addition, the host requested reservation details via WhatsApp, and a positive review was then posted under my name without my consent. I did not write this review, which raises serious concerns about the reliability of reviews for this property. Overall, a very disappointing experience with misleading information, missing amenities, and concerning practices. Caution is advised.

10.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un séjour exceptionnel à Luxury Appart Zouheir ! Le logement est vraiment top de top : propre, confortable et conforme aux photos. La maison est magnifique, entourée de beaux jardins très bien entretenus. Le cadre est idéal avec plusieurs piscines et la plage accessible à pied, un vrai bonheur. Le service est très professionnel, tout est bien organisé pour passer un séjour sans souci. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, parfait pour des vacances réussies. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

9.0The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The sheets were clean and smelled good. The terrace is cute. The whole house is connected, which is great for vacations. The Wi-Fi was good, and we had a secure parking space. The residence is gated and has two pools. It's very close to the ocean — since Tamaris is small, the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, arcades, bowling… everything is within 6–8 minutes by car 👌🏼
− Some of the equipment could be updated. I understand that guests don’t always take great care of hosts’ homes, unfortunately, but a few items would benefit from being more recent. The host took our feedback kindly, which was greatly appreciated 👌🏼
