Hervorzuheben ist eindeutig der Service des Gastgebers. Bereits vor Anreise wurde mehr als nötig informiert und sogar die Anreise mit Bildern beschrieben. Auch während des Aufenthalts wurden alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Mehr Service als in den meisten Hotels und das bei einem Apartment.
