10.0Ļoti ērta naktsmītne, tīra, komfortabla, smaržīga, ērtas gultas, aprīkota virtuve. Lodžija ar skatu uz kalniem. Ērta pazemes stāvvieta ar liftu līdz dzīvoklim. Ļoti ērta atrašanās vieta, netālu pacēlājs (vagoniņš) dažās minūtēs uzved uz kalnu virsotni. Ērta aiziešana līdz iespaidīgajai aizas takai, kā arī termālajiem baseiniem.
