5.0Wir durften früher in die Wohnung, Parkplatz im Hof. Super Lage
− Die Wohnung war altbacken und roch auch so. Im Wohnzimmer war die Aussenjalousie defekt. Der Duschkopf hat immer noch keine Halterung und liegt auf dem Boden. Der Geruch im Bad ist sehr unangenehm, der Lüfter ist immer noch laut (wirklich ausgetauscht?), die Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden! Außerdem ragen links und rechts vom Spiegel Kabel aus der Wand. Verschiedene Steckdosen wagt man nicht zu benutzen, da sie halb aus der Wand hängen. Das bereitgelegte Geschirrtuch war schmutzig und löchrig. Auch die restlichen Utensilien ließen zu wünschen übrig. Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche war schmutzig. Doch frohe Kunde...die offene Chipstüte vom 11.07.2026 haben wir gefunden. Sie liegt noch immer im Nachttisch im obersten Fach.

4.0Die Lage war super. Schnell in der Stadt, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben für 1 Nacht hier geschlafen, Durchreise.
− Leider ist das Haus im einem sehr verfallenem Zustand. Von unseren Vorgängern war noch Müll im Bad und in der Küche und im Nachttisch lag eine offene Tüte Chips. Im Bad ist die Lüftung kaputt, es war schrecklich laut sobald das Licht an war.
Prima Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Bayreuth.

− Eines der Schlafzimmer liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße - zumindest während eines Autocorsos nach deutschem Sieg bei der WM :-).

− Reality did not match the description at all. Accommodation of this quality should not cost this much. At first glance, the place looked clean, but a closer inspection revealed hair on the floors, dust inside the wardrobes that ended up staining our clothes, and even opened, unfinished food left in the bedside drawers by previous guests. To make matters worse, there were loud children’s screams almost every night around 1 a.m. on the second floor, and the street noise made it difficult to sleep. The final disappointment was the parking situation. According to the listing, parking was included in the price. In reality, there was no designated parking available. We were told to park on the street, where debris constantly fell from nearby trees onto the car. On top of that, we received a parking ticket for parking behind the building. As a result, not only was the parking not free, but we will also have to pay to have the car cleaned. I would not recommend this accommodation and would definitely not stay here again.

8.0Prima Lage, hat mir und meiner Tochter gefallen. Die Wohnung hatte ein paar kleine Mängel im Bad, die dürften inzwischen behoben sein.
