− Mi experiencia que la habitación no era como la foto tenía mal olor a encierro sentía que mi cuerpo picaba creo que tenía ácaros. El personal muy atento.

3.0Pesimo el lugar, ni siquiera tiene calefacción acorde, ropa de cama vieja y desgastada, insufiente para atender en un periodo distinto al verano

− Al llegar la persona que nos recibió, no nos entregó toda la información útil, no nos preguntó si traíamos mascota, en la página decía que se admitía mascota, al no saber que había que comentarlo no la informamos, si hubiera estado en su lugar de recepción bastaba solo que mirara, al parecer se molestó por la mascota, además no nos informo sobre el cambio de sábanas, recambio de toallas ni aseo del depto, tampoco del manejo de la basura, no sé si andaba de mal genio o es así, uno va a descansar no a discutir con el conserje.
