The host Iuliana was fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, show was good and location was great.

− Unfortunately I didn't read the bio about cats and we're both allergic, though to be fair Iuliana's kindness and attentiveness more than made up for it.

Totally puzzling how this could have had such a high valuation, I will never trust evaluations again

− vaping in the flat is a no go for me, I had booked three nights and arrive late on the first night. I found it so terrible that I left the next morning, losing my funds for the remaining booking, having to book another place that meets some basic standards.

A comfort stay in a warm, welcoming atmosphere with an excellent location (and cats!)

Living in a private room in a shared flat at a shared flat price, but with hotel-like comforts! Wonderful breakfast and one of the best coffees I've ever had, room cleaning, and very friendly and warm communication with the host. The mattress is very comfortable — if you find it too hard or too soft, don’t hesitate to tell the host; there’s some kind of magic with the mattress, and it can be made softer or firmer. It’s one of my favorite neighborhoods in London, very close to the metro, about 20 minutes by metro to the city center. Iuliana, thank you for the wonderful time spent in your apartment. Important: There are cats in the flat — very beautiful and calm. They don’t enter your room unless you invite them, but other tenants might let them in, so please consider your allergy sensitivity. Occasionally, there may be a noticeable smell of cigarettes in the living room, so please assess your sensitivity to smells in advance.

− This listing is completely misleading. It is far from being a 'luxury king size room' as advertised, but a double bed in the owner's bedroom which is full of her belongings. She clearly moves out when the room is rented. Her listing has every amenity/facility ticked, (including 24 hour desk, room service, spa), giving the impression that it is a hotel. Far from it! Had we scrolled down several pages of the reviews to read the negative ones, we would never have booked. We would never have opted for a double bed, the mattress was soft, the road outside noisy until 2am and then from 6am, and we barely slept. At breakfast, two of the resident cats jumped onto the kitchen worktops and were allowed to stay. According to ChatGPT, the definition of a "Luxury King Size Room" is an upscale hotel room designed to offer a higher level of comfort, space, and amenities than a standard room. Key features being: King size bed, spacious layout, upscale furnishings, and enhanced bathroom". We would therefore question how Booking.com regulates the properties you advertise, (and who regulates them) as the information given in this listing is clearly misleading. After numerous emails to Customer Services, and having spoken to Karen, a representative, we have been assured that our complaint will be escalated.

The host was amazing, very welcoming, and incredibly friendly. Our room was spotless and well-kept, making our stay very comfortable. We also absolutely adored the cats - they were such a lovely touch! The location is fantastic: a quiet, charming neighbourhood with a tube station just a 5-minute walk away, offering quick and easy access to central London.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich bemüht mit Auskünften uns weiter zu helfen. Die U-Bahn sowie die Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen ca 5 Minuten.

− In der Beschreibung auf Booking steht, das auch in den Gemeinschaftsräumen Rauchverbot gilt. Leider war es nicht so. Der Geruch war daher auch in unserem Schlafzimmer zu riechen. Das ist für Nichtraucher nicht so schön.
