7.0Sehr schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage.
− Leider war das Waschbecken im oberen Bad nicht sauber bei Anreise und auch in der Küche am Schrank waren noch Kaffeeflecken vom Vorgänger. Im oberen Bad ist auch eine Fussleiste defekt.Was leider gar nicht ging, war auf dem Balkon ein Pappbecher voll mit alten Zigarettenkippen, einer leeren Flasche Bier, und der Wäscheständer mit Handtüchern wo man nicht wusste ob die auch noch vom Vormieter dort standen. Schade war auch das es auf dem Balkon keine Sitzmöglichkeit gab . Vor dem Eingang standen alte Sofas ??? Die Wohnung selbst ist aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns gut gefallen.
