4.0− The experience of my guest at this property was disappointing. The check-in process was difficult, and the reception staff seemed unfamiliar with handling online bookings. My guest also had trouble checking in because the room PIN provided was incorrect. Additionally, some of the for-sale food items in the room had already expired. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.
