− Everything!!!! Owner is psycho, won’t talk to you until your reservation date, then she gives you shit for contacting the property. Don’t message her, she will not answer. Also it does not state on this site, but the entire property is non smoking and she will charge you $25 per cigarette butt she finds regardless off it’s your or not. You have locals watching your every move!!! And the cabins are old worn down and not even worth the drive up the mountain!!!! The Yavapai Health Department and BBB will be getting emails and calls!!!
