10.0Ótima localização. Apartamento amplo e confortável. Bons utensílios de cozinha. No inverno o piso está bem aquecido e banho quente. Foi permitido deixarmos as malas às 13h apesar do check in só às 17h. Recomendo.
− Nada, mas diria que a mesa de vidro da sala é um pouco frágil e com um mecanismo de extensão que cria dois níveis. Isso não é nada preocupante na hospedagem, mas poderia ser uma mesa mais resistente.

7.0− key locker was not working; host didn't spoke any english so I need to find local people to help me with the translation. we arrive a little earlier at 12 pm with the acceptance of the host but we could not enter the room until 6 pm. it was hard to communicate. We did not received the invoice even if I requested several times.

9.0Apartamento muito bem localizado, num dos melhores pontos de Madrid. Host muito disponível, nos ajudou com o check-in fora de horas. Apartamento novo e bastante confortável. Recomendo.
− O processo de check-in possui uma parte remota, que depende do host, então esta é um parte que poderia ser melhorada, para não haver esta dependência.

− Abbiamo passato un soggiorno di quattro giorni senza acqua calda, scambiati numerosi messaggi con lo staff, che ci rispondeva sempre con scuse, che si trattava di un problema generale del condominio. Quatte giorni a Madrid senza la possibilità di farsi una doccia calda: una situazione completamente inaccettabile per un appartamento che ci è costato quasi 1100 Euro. Pulizia scarsa! Comunicazione col numero del Host locale che ci è stato comunicato da Booking, impossibile…mai più in questo appartamento. Lo sconsiglio fortemente…
