9.0Me gustó mucho la atención que recibimos desde la llegada a Mérida, las personas de la recepción muy atentos y amables. Regresamos en otra oportunidad, ya que todo nos gustó mucho. Nos hubiera encantado que hubiera un frigobar, ya que si nos hizo falta para tener bebidas frías durante la estancia. Ojalá para nuestra siguiente visita ya cuente la habitación con uno.
− Lo único que no me gustó es que le hace falta más limpieza en el baño, ya que el área de la regadera tiene moho.
Pro/cons.
7.0La locación es increíble. El personal fantástico. Siempre atentos. La habitación linda.
− No había agua caliente. El Internet. Al parecer había un problema costo demasiado tener una señal decente.

− Room was very noisy people passing next by in the street so couldn't have the only curtain open, was super loud and people talked laud at 6 am waking me up... Uncomfortable bed and no hot water... When I said to the desk about they they just didn't care.
