10.0Sangat berpuas hati. Homestay yang sangat selesa, sangat bersih, wangi dan kemudahan yang lengkap. Semua 3 bilik dan ruang tamu ada aircond, tv, ruang tamu yang sangat sesuai untuk keluarga bersantai, wifi percuma, tempat parking yang luas. Dapur semua lengkap dgn peralatan memasak. Sangat rekomen klu stay ramai2 dengan family. Bagi 5 star
Terrible experience. Owner gave no check-in instructions, was unreachable, and still charged us in full despite his fail
1.0− The owner failed to provide any check-in instructions and was completely unreachable when we arrived. The management was extremely unprofessional. As a result, we could not check in and requested a refund, yet the owner still charged us the full amount. This is unacceptable, irresponsible, and shows a lack of integrity. We were left in a very stressful situation, having to urgently find alternative accommodation at the last minute. To make matters worse, we even had to perform our prayers in the owner’s car porch while waiting in vain. Although we eventually secured another hotel, this incident left a bitter memory and ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip to Tawau. The owner’s actions reflect greed and a complete disregard for guests’ well-being. It is deeply disappointing, especially from someone we expected to act with fairness and responsibility. We strongly advise future guests to reconsider before booking this property.
Verschrikkelijk afgelegen met geen restaurant in de verre omgeving
1.0De ligging van de accomodatie is zo afgelegen van eender welk restaurant dat het krijgen van vervoer weg ervan me zware zorgen baarde. Ik ben dan ook niet binnen gegaan maar heb direct. Elders in Tawau geboekt wat een veel beter gevoel gaf.
− De ligging in een wijk die absoluut nergens ligt met geen enkele faciliteit in de buurt
