1.0− Awful. Made a booking through booking . com weeks before hand. Recieved a conformation email but apon arrival to hotel I was told I did not have a room. Staff were rude and I was left on the street with all my belongings. The hotel says they do not use this app to recieve bookings yet have an active property listed. Extreamly disappointing and unprofessional.
