− L’appartamento è davvero molto “sfruttato” e tutto ne riporta le conseguenze. Divano usurato, testiere dei letti consumatissime, cucina con poche stoviglie ed un mobiletto rotto. Il soffione a muro della doccia non funziona. Nella vasca manca una pigna per il risciacquo. Pareti in legno di uno dei due bagni completamente ammalorate. L’appartamento andrebbe curato e ristrutturato. Tuttavia la presenza dell’ascensore, la splendida vista dall’altana e la posizione dell’appartamento rendono comunque piacevole il soggiorno.

− Appartamento non pulito. Accoglienza inesistente, visto il prezzo, una bottiglia d'acqua (costa 1€!!) poteva anche essere messa!
