7.0Breakfast was good and sufficient. Gym had enough equipment for visitors. Staff was friendly.
− The leather couch in the apartment I occupied needs mainrenance. There wasn’t enough cable TV channels and this shouldn’t be the case, given the amount paid per night. There was no internet on my last day.

5.0− While checking out, I was informed that I had to pay USD 110. I handed over a USD 100 note and a USD 10 note. However, the receptionist refused to accept the USD 10 note, claiming that it had a pen mark on it. I then provided another USD 100 note, but the receptionist was unable to provide the USD 90 change. I waited for several minutes while she made a few phone calls, after which she informed me that the hotel could not provide the change. I find it difficult to understand how a hotel of this magnitude could fail to provide such basic cash handling support. As a result, I was forced to use my Sterling account to settle the remaining amount, which caused me to incur additional financial transaction costs. This situation is unacceptable and should not happen in a hotel of this standard.
