A great stay, but slight improvements needed. We can’t wait to stay again.
8.0The location was fantastic and the aircon was a welcome relief!
− The property overall was great and we’d definitely book again. However it is a little rough around the edges. Damaged carpets, units and wardrobes. It could do with a little bit of tlc. Also the tv didn’t have the basic channels, bbc1, itv, which was very frustrating when it came to watching the World Cup! I think for the price they should make some upgrades here.

1.0The space and location.
− The host had me waiting outside the property for 30 minutes and he didn’t send me the check in instructions, and then he was lying that he sent me email with instructions but it went to “Span” which is not true, the house was dirty and messy, smells horrible, in return he said he will refund me for only $40 for this horrible experience, which they never did, what a surprise, another lie.

We loved our stay at this apartment!
10.0The space was very clean and spacious. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to stretch out. The location was perfect and we felt extremely safe!
− The property was amazing. The only thing is the washer needs a good cleaning, it made our clothes smell like mildew. But other than that, it was amazing!
Great value for a weeklong stay in London.
10.0The location was excellent. There were three tube stops nearby and we walked to many venues. Lots of restaurants. Safe area. The room is airy and full of light.
− The kitchen was minimally equipped if you would want to cook most of your meals.
