Warnung vor dieser heruntergekommenen Wohnung
4.0Die Bucht ist wirklich toll und die ca. 150 Stufen bis zum Strand sind auch bei Hitze machbar. Die Wohnung war prinzipiell sauber.
− Es ist sooo schade, dass man diese Wohnung so zerfallen lässt. Es wirkt so, als wurde die Wohnung vor 50 Jahren eingerichtet und seit mind. 20 Jahren wurde nur das allernötigste investiert. Die ganze Wohnung ist voll mit bunt zusammengewürfelten Möbeln in tw sehr schlechtem Zustand. Wirklich alle Schränke und Schubladen sind voll mit Gerümpel. So als ob morgen der Eigentümer wiederkommen würde. Auf einer Kommode stand eine leere Bierflasche. Ein Clo ist undicht, so dass da eine stinkende Pfütze ist. Es gibt keinen Wäscheständer und nur 3 uralte Sitzauflagen. Das Geländer ist mit einem gewelltem Kunststoffgitter versehen, so dass die tolle Aussicht eigentlich nur im Stehen zu genießen ist. Die Agentur vor Ort hat nicht auf unsere Hinweise reagiert.

9.0La situation géographique est idéale, le logement propre, spacieux, le contact avec l'agence parfait, l'ascenseur pour accéder à l'appartement, le parking juste devant, la proximité de la plage, l'accès à la piscine, le cadre magnifique, la grande terrasse, la vue depuis le salon et la chambre
− Le matériel de cuisine (poèles) mériterait d'être remplacé car vétuste.
