HORRIBLE PROPERTY AND AGENT! NO REFUND WAS GIVEN DESPITE NOT STAYING😡😡😡😡

Nothing. The owner was not even remorseful of the accommodation being unfit to stay. She just said i'll send the cleaners tomorrow, when I mentioned I need a refund, she just said deal with Booking.com.

− The house was crawling with cockroaches and bugs. The bedsheets had dust and hair. Most of the surfaces were stained and there were creepy messages on the whiteboard. It looked like no one had been there in a long time. The white tissue in the drainhole has a cockroach. I have videos of the bedsheets with hair and dust but cant upload videos here.
