− Het piepende/krakende bed en het douchen in bad. Hele badkamer nat.

− Le petit déjeuner "compris", a disposition des biscottes, du thé ou café, beurre, lait, confitures et croissants sous sachets, cela ne vaut pas un petit déjeuner payé en surplus. Il manque du pain, du jus de fruits, des fruits, yaourts etc.. Ce qui est a disposition l'est dans d'autres logements sans le payer en surplus. À revoir ce point.
