− Beds were a bit hard and there was no toilet paper holder. Had to ask for xtra towels.
The reception staff are so professional.

The tv didn’t work the remote was for the wrong tv the bed was uncomfortable there were stains everywhere

8.0It's not the coziest or charming place but it does it's job and it's clean. Staff is keeping an eye 24/7 so it feels safe. Good for a few days

10.0The staff were very kind and helpful. I requested a quiet room in advance, and although they could not guarantee a specific room, they made a note of my request and did their best to accommodate it. Their reply was polite and reassuring.
