8.0Its a nice place and given this is Bend, it's probably right for the price, but the room we got was tiny, no closet, nothing to store stuff on or in, a tiny sink that barely holds a bar of soap on the back and it was pretty noisy over the weekend. But its close to lots of stuff so maybe that was where the noise came from.

10.0Clean and very simple. Check in was easy, no front desk, all directions for checkin are done via text.
Decent property. Poorly executed model.
4.0Check in was a pain. Had to call to get room code. Room was being cleaned when I arrive. TV wouldn't turn on via remote. One very small wastebasket in main room. No wastebasket in bathroom. I'll add that I was required to give my credit card info for "incedentals" for a hotel with out paid amenities. No movies to order on a TV. No room service to order. No resturant to charge a meal" Yet you now have my CC info, further exposing us financially.

6.0It’s fine, probably a good value for the money but we had to text to get a TV remote that worked and the Wi-Fi password. I get no maintenance probably could be a bit more information in email before arrival.

8.0Online checkin and checkout. Very convenient. I didn't like not having ice. Sink was very small. No chair or table in room. Room was small but adequate as we were just staying overnite.
