Lovely cosy cottage perfect for a relaxing break
10.0Fantastic property with parking, very clean and comfortable inside, perfect location and great communication
− Shower pressure a little underwhelming but adequate
It was an enjoyable stay, albeit short, as we were attending a family funeral.
9.0Property was self catering. The property was perfectly situated for our needs. It was clean, homely and very comfortable, would highly recommend!
− It could have done with a bath mat in the shower and a grip rail, as if you are older (as we are) it was quite slippery,
Really enjoyable and if come back to the area will see if cottage available.
9.0Excellent location to King's Lynn shops and restaurants, easy to visit surrounding areas. Plus a bonus having your own car parking space.
− Lighting could be a little brighter in lounge, but that is personal choice.

10.0Lovely downstairs interior well finished to a high standard.had a good vibe to it -felt comfortable and safe there. Both bedrooms were clean, unfussy and tidy and so we slept well. Bathroom and kitchen area were well equipped. Allocated parking right next to cottage.

9.0Location excellent for central Kings Lynn with sights and amenities literally on the doorstep, bathroom night time automatic low lighting, well equipped, comfortable lounge and kitchen breakfast bar.
− Double beds could be kings (we are not large), minor faux pas with cutlery.
