Spacious , clean , great location for local feel
10.0Clean, great location , good aircon , good communication. Good coffee with a moka pot , washing machine with liquid provided , large and spacious , 2 bathrooms - I actually loved everything - will definitely return
− Nothing I didn’t like - if I have to think of something I would suggest a small table in bathroom to put your sponge bag and also the ironing board cover could be replaced .
Great location, clean and spacious apartment, great for 2 couples.

− The process for removing the trash was awkward. One of the bedrooms had no mirrors.
Veneza é magnífica e nossas acomodações ajudaram-nos a aproveitar melhor seus encantos.
9.0Tudo muito limpo e agradável. A localização era bem próxima dos pontos, facilitando bastante o acesso.
− A única questão são as escadas, mas não é culpa do anfitrião. Uma sugestão seria indicar aos próximos hóspedes para descer na estação Rialto. Teríamos chegado com muito mais facilidade se soubéssemos disso.

Guests are invited to complete the check-in online form , 24 hrs prior to their arrival, using the link sentwith the confirmation of the reservation, proceeding with the info requested,( ID, document) -Check-in from 15.00, taken care of by Venicevillas, which will provide the necessary info to get the keys, in order to get in at any chosen time. Property will be available to assist up to 22.00 hrs, and after that ,only in case of emergency. No prepayment is requested on arrival, given the fact that on the online check-in form, details of Credit/Debit Card will be asked to be provided. A preauthorisation for the 100 EUR for the Damage deposit will be required. Guests are kindly invited not to leave bags of rubish behind, out or inside the premises as collection of rubish is being done only during mornings in Venice, with the exception of Sundays. Guests are also reminded to not leave windows open, for security reasons, Lights on, not to take away towels and to report any eventual damages.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
