4.0Good location, very central
− Not real hot water in the shower, we notified the owner, but even after 24 hours, nothing was done to correct the issue. The main disappointment is the price: In the booking. com, 18% Vat had been added. But the booking.com details explained that this VAT would only apply to Peruvian citizens. We notified the owner that we are not Peruvian citizens, but the owner argued that she understood this 18 % a the booking.com commissions which she had already payed. So in the end the owner will try to charge the guest indirectly for the commisions to booking.com by adding an unjustified tax (if you are not Peruvian citizen) to the price.

1.0Unsere Beanstandungen wurden berücksichtigt und wir sind schnell rausgekommen.
− Wir hatten das gesamte Appartement gebucht und fanden es mit teilweise abgeschlossenen Zimmertüren vor. Hier war der Eigentümer zu nächst nicht einsichtig, gewährte uns dann aber Zugang zum Schlüssel für eines der Zimmer. Die Küche und das Badezimmer waren dreckig. Der angegebene Balkon ist ein winziger Austritt. Im "Wohnzimmer", dass nur ein Teil des Flures ohne Fenster ist, steht ein riesiger Wassertank, der natürlich nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt abgebrochen.

7.0Buena ubicación, grande y cómodo.
− La ducha tras problema con el gas, el agua caliente salía máximo a 27 del calentador, es decir, tibia.
La pasamos super en el departamento, cada uno con su propia habitacion.
10.0La zona muy cerca al centro de Cusco y a muchas otras atracciones.

6.0דירה נחמדה מאוד הבעלים פשוט לא טוב
− לא הצלחנו לבצע צק אין כי הבעלים לא היה זמין ונשארנו מחוץ לבניין עייפים מאוד. בנוסף בעלת הדירה נכנסה לדירה ורצתה לנעול לנו 2 חדרים כי היינו 2 אנשים זאת הייתה הטענה שלה בסוף היא נעלה חדר אחד.

5.0Location was very good. Beds were comfortable and blankets very warm.
− Very little hot water, not enough toilet paper for the number of people and the number of days of the stay( one roll for 5 people for 4 days). Even when we requested more toilet paper, not enough was given and we ended up having to buy our own, the kitchen wasn’t clean, and poorly equiped. It would have been nice to find salt/ sugar in the kitchen as well as hand towels in kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was cold and one electric heater was not enough to make a difference.
