− No dedicated parking, view from the back of the hotel is hideous, breakfast not available in the hotel, you had to go to a three star hotel , no.compensation offered.

10.0Hotel Plaza Berat is one of the best hotels I experienced in Albania. The property is brand new and well appointed. The design of the hotel highlights the traditional Beraty high-skilled plastering craft with a modern and elegant twist. The staff has a superior sense of customer service. Although the location may appear a bit far from the main city center, it is a short stroll along a wide pedestrian only road (full of coffee shops, restaurants and bars).
− The only set back is the fact that the restaurant is not ready for service yet, and guests have to use the restaurant in the sister property across the street.

10.0Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer, Frühstück gab es im Nachbar Hotel52 war aber auch sehr gut.
