5.0Lovely location on the bay front, not too far from the main pier. Staff very friendly, easy parking
− Shower didnt work and the bed was 2 put together and where the edges was on each bed stuck out and Into my ribs. It says breakfast included when booking however this didnt include cooked breakfast. Very limited choice on what was included- yoghurt, boxed cereal and fruit..

4.0Location was good, staff were helpful the hotel itself is really nice bar area and restaurant is lovely but we stayed in the annex and it wasn't very nice, would recommend that room for pet travellers.
− The annex room was run down needed decorating and didn't look very clean, the toilet wasn't cleaned very well and there was hair left in the sink and bath.

− Bedroom not vacuumed properly , rooms looking a little tired. Advertised as continental breakfast but was just cereal ,yogurt and toast Sausages cold on cooked breakfast
