7.0A localização, o facto da casa ser espaçosa e o estilo rústico.
− A limpeza deve ser melhorada. O soalho precisa de maior manutenção.

6.0Fomos super bem recebidos pelo Sr Miguel, e a Sra Luzia que nos foi auxiliar com a bomba de calor quando não tínhamos água quente, foi simpatia total e incansável (o nosso muito obrigado ). Ser uma casa muito tradicional, e com muita história, e o espaço do churrasco gostamos muito.
− Tinha alguma falta de limpeza, muito pó e teias de aranha, a manutenção também acho que seria necessário alguma nas madeiras do solo, pois havia algumas partidas ou em vias disso. A figueira precisava de uma manutenção e cuidado a quem leva crianças, pois junto ao pé desta estão alguns vidros.
