Decent house in good location, but terrible communication

The location is excellent and the house is comfortable.

− Check-in was stressful because the instructions were unclear. A photo of the front of the house was not included and the photo of the door lock did not match the current door lock. The door code information was also missing the information, as you need to enter a 4 digit number then press another button. With two young children we wandered around three properties trying to decide which was the correct door. A worker at the next door restaurant confirmed the door, thankfully. Entering the code is tedious because you must listen for the beep of each number, so if any car passes you can't hear whether or not the button beeped when pressed. My friends took the kids to a restaurant while I was left with all our luggage trying to figure out how to open the door. Eventually I entered the code, plus the additional button and heard the door unlock, but the door wouldn't open. I made several attempts before the door opened. The lock was stuck. When I reported all of this to the owners, instead of apologizing they insulted us by responding that most people figure out the lock. The solution is to share THOROUGH instructions for finding the door and opening the lock. The tv also didn't work and we had to reset the router to connect to the wifi. We basically hated the property because of the terrible check-in experience which was easily avoided if the owners provided sufficient instructions and every time we unlocked the door we had to listen for each number to beep before entering the next number. The beep is subtle and this was stressful.

タオル、お風呂のシャンプー類、洗剤、洗濯洗剤など、必要なものはほぼ揃っていた。　入室時もいい匂いがして、お部屋も清潔だった。Amazonスティックも刺さっていた。近くにスーパーもマクドもコンビニもあった。舞浜駅からタクシーで1400円前後。

− タオルがバスタオルとフェイスタオルが1人各一枚ずつしかなく、台所用のタオルがなくて不便だった。

Convenient location with less than 10 minute taxi ride to Disney. Property is clean. Good accommodation for 6 adults and a baby. Walking distance to convenient stores and a friendly okonomiyaki restaurant next door to the property. Property owner replied promptly to my messages.

Great home for our family of 7 (2 adult kids and a son-in-law plus 2 younger kids. Nice place to stay for Disney vs a hotel (without kitchen and other facilities).
