9.0اشكر جميع طاقم العمل في المنتجع، ودودين وخدومين جدًا أخص بالذكر استاذ أحمد جمال في الاستقبال، كان موجود ويقدم الدعم على طوول وفريق الـ Entertainment كانو سبب في زيادة روعة الإقامة
− اتمنى تحسين جودة الطعام وسرعة الخدمه في المطاعم المتخصصة (جربنا الآسيوي و الايطالي) ولكن للأمانه المطعم الرئيسي ممتاز وخياراته متنوعة

10.0المكان نظيف وممتاز والخدمة اكثر من رائعة، وافضل ما في المكان هم العاملين بداية من قسم الاستقبال ( استاذ احمد جمال وباقي الطاقم) مرورا بخدمات الغرف والمطاعم ونوعية الطعام والتنوع الممتاز( استاذ محمد) وكمان يوجد طبيب لمتابعة جودة الطعام ومدي توفر شروط الصحة وخلافه. عموما التجربة ممتازه
− كل ما بها جميل وخصوصا حمام السباحة والجيم. والبحر ممتاز بس بتروحه بباص تابع للفندق كل نصف ساعة باص
