1.0− When I checked in your hotel, the front employee said I can only choose option of smoking room. But when I booked through booking.com, I confirmed that I don’t want to use a room of smoking room, and I booked it because there was no matter. But when I checked in, the employee of your hotel front kept telling me that I can not use non-smoking room and I have to pay if i want to choose non-smoking room of 240mop, while explaining it’s « only » 240mop for choosing non-smoking room cuz I needed to upgrade my room for non-smoking room. But is it right that I cannot use the room I choose but force to pay me an extra charge? At least the front employee pretend to feel sorry for me, but she treated me so bad with not good facial expressions. It seems you need an education for employees not to lose your image of hotel.
