− The staff didn’t do the housekeeping and the breakfast mentioned wasn’t there

1.0First I did not stay at the accomodatiom as I booked 6 sleeper family room not 3 in dividual rooms .The staff was not able to accommodate us.They were very unhelpful I requested a refund and was told I have to wait 5 to 7 days
