Sehr schönes Appartement zum wohlfühlen.
10.0Ein sehr schönes modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit großem Balkon. Alles, was gebraucht wird, ist vorhanden um sich wohl zufühlen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sehr nette Vermieter/in. Das Bad ist seniorengerecht mit erhöhter Toilette und niedriger Duschtasse. Wohngegend sehr ruhig. Alles in der Umgebung gut erreichbar.
− Das Appartement befindet sich im OG. Die Treppe ist m.E. etwas tricky. An einer Seite fehlt noch ein Geländer gerade weil die Treppe ein Kurve macht., Die Stufen sind schmal und mit buntem Teppichboden ausgelegt was für jemanden der im Gehen eingeschränkt es schwieriger macht. Der Hausherr hilft aber gerne den Koffer mit nach oben zu tragen. Die Wohnungstür oben hat keinen Schlüssel. Ein Haustürschlüssel ist aber vorhanden.
