Lovely idea but space wise very small and compact
5.0Location was great, shower lovely and hot. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable mattress . Lots of towels provided
− Very small, hot tub wasn’t very warm for the whole weekend. Don’t think it had been cleaned. BBQ was filthy and so was frying pan in kitchen. Toilet blocked but was resolved very quickly which we appreciated . Bed situation wasn’t great for my partner who is 6ft 3 . Tv unable to use Netflix as stated problem ???

7.0The location was very good and the brewery next door made it ideal
− The toilet was not fit for purpose as a person was not able to sit on it because of the exceptional smallness of the bathroom on arrival the hot tub was not clean and was very noisy although the cleanliness was dealt with effectively the bed was a little soft for are comfort

Relaxing stay in a lovely place.
10.0We have stayed here a number of times and always have a great time. The accommodation is compact but very comfortable. The outside space is private and a real sun trap. The hot tub is great. Nearby there is the beautiful walk to Hareshaw Linn waterfall . Bellingham is a lovely village with some nice shops and The Black Bull is highly recommended for food , with very friendly staff. Breakfast at The Rocky Road cafe is also very good. There is also a microbrewery right next door, worth a visit and nearby Tea on the Train is fun. The bed is comfortable but not suitable if you are over 6ft . There is a nice inside sitting area with tv . The bathroom is compact but functional with a good shower. We will be back!

− Das Bad ist definitiv zu klein ausgefallen. Die Benützung der Toilette ist etwas für Schlangenmenschen.
Quirky little space to stay.
9.0Location. Bed really comfy and like being back on a boat. Cosy.
− Hot tub - not sure if there is an issue with the heating timer. It was great the first night, the pumps seem to go on night, then the second night it was cold.
