10.0The hotel is nearby beach(5 mins walk) and there are many cafes and restaurants around. The host is very responsive and helped with whatever we needed. They were also considerate enough to allow us for a late check-out(7 hours approx.). Definitely value for money.

Good value-for-money, comfy bed.
9.0Friendly and responsive staff, relatively close to the beach and all the restaurants (8 min walk). Nice room and decent bathroom.
− I've left the same comment for all guest houses in Sri Lanka: the windows need a screen or netting over them so they can be opened for extended periods of time to let fresh air in. This would be a huge improvement and do a lot for comfort. The wifi wasn't great, bring your own.
